2. Eligibility

- The facility is available to adults or responsible individuals seeking long-term or short-term housing.

- Management reserves the right to evaluate applicants based on our mission and community standards.

3. Payment Terms

- All payments for housing services must be made on time as per the agreed terms in the residency agreement.

- Late payments may incur penalties, and repeated delays may lead to termination of residency.

4. Code of Conduct

- Residents are expected to maintain respect for staff, other residents, and property at all times.

- Acts of violence, illegal activities, or behavior that disrupts the family atmosphere will not be tolerated.

5. Facility Use

- Residents must use the facility for residential purposes only.

- Property damage caused by negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the resident.

6. Privacy Policy

- Personal information provided by residents will be handled with confidentiality and used solely for housing and administrative purposes.

7. Termination of Services

- Management reserves the right to terminate residency if a resident violates the terms of the agreement or exhibits behavior that conflicts with the mission of the facility.

8. Amendments

- Homes For Adults reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Residents will be notified of significant changes.
